Shell of Shell’s Holistic Guidance offers consultations by phone or in person in Northwest Indiana. With a desire to offer affordable guidance to those seeking better health, her focus is on nutrient-dense foods, herbs, movements, homeopathic remedies, and soul-lifting practices based on client’s concerns and lifestyle.

As an adoptee reunited with her birthmother, she’s written a memoir sharing the amazing events that brought them together. An article based on their reunion was shared through Guidepost’s Mysterious Ways magazine titled “Mom’s Plan.” Shell is in the process of submitting her memoir, “Still With Us” to agents and publishing houses in hopes of publication.
